Summary

Looking to hire very polished, self-driven and detailed oriented person to join our team, who can manage the following tasks

Recruitment Management

Must have 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience hiring specifically for IT, Manufacturing and Retail sector PAN India.

• Experience implementing an effective sourcing strategy

• Experience using Naukri.com, LinkedIn and indeed.com for     sourcing

• Ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with the hiring managers and the CEO to thoroughly understand their positions, teams, and recruitment needs

Client Management (Key Account Management)

• Maturity to handle the clients effectively and efficiently.

• Able to deliver within the Timelines (TAT time)

• Able to negotiate salary discussions on client’s behalf

• Understand the urgency of assignments and able to deliver timely.
