Job Description

The purpose of this post is to deal with IT, P&S related issues of Sites and to Supervise the Team of IT Associates. 


1.- Managing IT Hardware like Application server, Cinema server, Projector, Sound, WAN, LAN & CCTC

2.- Equipments, POS, Desktops, Kiosks, Printers, LCD and other IT equipments.

3.- Managing repairs and logging call and follow up with vendors.

4.- Creating and running shows with 100% success rate

5.- Trouble shooting and application support to internal clients.

6.- Maintaining Log of each incident and building knowledge base documents

7.- Managing KDM and content availability from vendor.

8.- Preparing daily weekly reports

Skills Required

Basic Communication Efficient information exchange and clarity. Collaborative problem-solving. Negotiation and influencing others. High-level messages to change the direction of a company or group of companies.

INTERNAL FUNCTION Site IT teams For database-related information, Coordination with Finance team. Vendor payments HO Day-to-day reporting. Own team at Cinemas Day-to-day Operational requirements

EXTERNAL FUNCTION Softwarevendor’ss changes in Software, bug resolution and new module development. Hardware vendors Fresh ordering, repair and maintenance, payments and new developments in the technologyy market.
